The first thing is to dial 1930 immediately after the crime has happened. After that you can visit the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in and file your complaint with evidences.

• Email Headers
• Chat Logs

Once you have gathered the necessary information, visit the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in. Here’s how to proceed: 

1. Click on Register a complaint
2. Select the Type of Cybercrime: 
3. Citizen Login
4. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions

• Preview and Submit

Complaint can also be registered as FIR (First Information Report) personally by vising the below state offices
